The soupmaker club is dedicated to those who love soup, soupmakers and all you can make in them, including smoothies and sauces, in all forms, ways and gorgeous tastes.
If you would like to add a recipe of your own, please ensure it’s your own and not take from elsewhere. Send it to lesley@soupmaker.club and soon you could see your own recipe posted online.
Before getting a soupmaker, I did make soups fairly often, but with the advent of a lovely Morphy Richards, different soups and combinations became a regular food option in our house.
I really dislike standing over a bubbling pot to make soup, so the soup maker is something that will never go out of fashion in our house. It’s often just a case of throwing everything into the pot, switching it on and sitting down to a steaming hot bowlful in less than 30 minutes. That’s the kind of cooking I like.
My kids are much happier to eat a smooth soup than a chunky one, so recipes from myself will tend to be top heavy in the smooth department.
I hope you’ll enjoy the recipes, and that you’ll be able to put your soupmaker, or even soups made the traditional way, but sometimes with that little extra that makes them special.
