
Beetroot & Orange Soup 1.6 Litres
Ingredients
- 600 g Cooked Beetroot Quartered
- 100 g Red Onions Chopped
- 100 g Carrots Chopped
- 1 Stock Pot Vegetable or Chicken
- 800 ml Boiled Water
- PinchSalt
- PinchPepper
- OPTIONAL
- 200 g Orange Juice
Instructions
- Simply add all the ingredients to the pot, apart from the orange juice.
- Select the smooth setting.

- When the soup is ready, stir in the orange juice before serving.
